The Terms and Conditions may be published in a variety of languages for information purposes and ease of access for players. Only the Greek version is binding on the company. In case of difference between the Greek version and a different language version, the Greek version will prevail.

Customers can only have one account. The use of multiple accounts is strictly forbidden. The reasonable suspicion that more accounts are used by and/or for the benefit of the same person entitles us to block all accounts except the one to which the balance will be transferred once the relevant withdrawals have been met. All winnings, bonuses and free bets as well as winnings from free bets will be void. Betting is only permitted for your personal benefit.

Betonalfa allows all its customers to select their own username and password. Customers must keep this information secret and confidential because the Customer is responsible for all bets made on his account and any other activities taking place on it.
Bets will apply if your username and password are entered correctly, with or without your approval, provided there are sufficient funds in your account.
Please note that cardholder details and any other sensitive data should never be sent to us via decrypted email.
You can view your current account balance and transaction history at any time by logging in to your account through the Website.
The Account Holder shall not allow any other person, including any minor, to use or reuse their Account, to access and/or use any material or information from the Website, to accept any Prize, or to access and/or participate in the Services. If there is a reasonable suspicion that any of our customers has allowed a third party to use or re-use their Account, we reserve the right to temporarily block the Client's account and/or close this account immediately. All winnings from this activity will be cancelled.
If an Account Holder under 18 years of age is found, any funds deposited as well as any monetary proceeds from this account will be frozen and the National Betting Authority will be notified immediately. Provided that the responsibility for providing true information lies with the account holder.

Betonalfa reserves the right to close or block your account. Indicatively and not restrictively, if:
Betonalfa believes that you used the Website in a fraudulent or illegal or irregular or deceitful manner or by obtaining an unfair advantage to the detriment of Betonalfa.
Betonalfa is requested by the competent National Betting Authority or as a result of a court judgment, whether such thing has happened or if Betonalfa suspects this to be the case.
If you are declared Bankrupt
If your account is blocked or closed for a reason described in point 4.b) above, you will be liable for all claims, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses arising or incurred by Betonalfa and you will be compensate Betonalfa upon request for such claims. In the circumstances referred to in (1) to (3) above, Betonalfa will also be entitled to withhold part or all of the amounts that would otherwise have been paid or would be payable to you (including any payouts or bonus payments).
You can only bet with the amount of funds outstanding in your account. Accordingly, if you wish to place bets, you must deposit money into your account. For more details on how to deposit, withdraw and transfer funds, please see the Deposits/Withdrawals section.
By depositing money into your account, you give us the instruction and we agree to retain, together with any winnings, solely for the purpose of using that money (a) for placing sports bets and (b) for settling any fees or charges that may arise in connection with the use of our services (Purpose). We will have the right to block, close your account, or even charge administrative fees that will not exceed 5% of the deposits in that account, if we reasonably believe or have reason to believe that you are depositing money without the intention of betting on sports. In such cases, we may also refer the matter to the competent authorities.
In such cases where Betonalfa verifies that the account holder’s name is different from that registered with Betonalfa, we reserve the right to block your account.
All amounts that we hold for you are kept in individually designed client bank accounts for use solely for the Purpose and the bank is aware of this. We must return the funds to you if they are not used for the Purpose.
The bank has recognised that your money is held in those accounts solely for the Purpose. The bank has confirmed that it will not mix client money with other money in these accounts, including ours, and that it does not have any claim over that money.
Based on the above, in the event that we become bankrupt, your money is safe. The money will belong to you and will not come into the hands of the liquidator.
All bets will be placed provided that there is sufficient money in the player's account. If funds are accidentally credited to a customer's account, it is the customer's responsibility to notify Betonalfa without delay. Betonalfa will replenish such amounts by regulating the account.
It is understood that Betonalfa reserves the right to cancel any bet that may have been inadvertently accepted when the account did not have sufficient funds to cover the bet. Please be advised that such a bet cannot be accepted because Betonalfa does not accept bets by credit in accordance with section 59(3) of the Betting Law.
Betonalfa does not charge for Debit/Credit Card deposits. However, please be aware that some card issuers consider betting transactions to be cash payments and therefore you may be charged a cash advance fee. We recommend that you contact your card issuer for more details.
We only accept payments in EURO (EURO). Any payment received by Betonalfa in another currency will be converted to EUR at the current exchange rate. Please note that any exchange premiums are charged to you.
If you use a form of payment in respect of which you are not the account owner and/or you use funds that you do not own, including payment methods that are stolen, copied or unauthorized, we reserve the right to consider the transaction void (as well as the corresponding winnings from this transaction).
Withdrawals will be forwarded to the payment account from which the deposits were made. Withdrawals can only be made in the name of the registered account holder.
Withdrawals can be made by clicking on the corresponding application on the site. There is no set maximum withdrawal amount per day. For details on each specific payment method, please see the Deposits/Withdrawals section. As a Company, we will make every effort to satisfy your request regarding the desired method of withdrawal. We do not guarantee that your wish will come true. Therefore, we may need to process and pay withdrawals through a different payment method than the one you selected and/or cancel any outstanding withdrawal requests.
If the method of depositing in an account is by coupon/code (for instance, Paysafecard, Flexepin) and the value of a deposit is not fully played out before a withdrawal is requested, or there is evidence that a series of bets that have been played lead to a guaranteed winning regardless of the outcome, or where all bets are determined to be low risk, Betonalfa reserves the right to request a voucher before proceeding with any withdrawals.
If the value of a deposit is not fully played out before a withdrawal is requested, we reserve the right to charge your account to cover all justified costs related to the deposit and the withdrawal. If necessary, the value of the withdrawal requested may be reduced accordingly. Additional proof of identity for all withdrawals may be requested in this case. In addition, we reserve the right to withhold funds if these funds were not used for the express purpose of carrying out betting transactions.
In the event that the Account Holder used more than one deposit methods, we reserve the right to ensure that any payments are processed in accordance with company policy for security reasons. This includes partial payments in payment methods that have been used in the past where this is deemed necessary.
We may, at any time, offset any positive balance in your account against amounts that you owe to Betonalfa or any company belonging to the Betonalfa Group.
The responsibility for reporting to the tax authorities lies with the players.
Online betting can be illegal in the territory in which you are located. If so, you are not authorized to use your payment card to complete a transaction. However, any bets/stakes accepted by such territories will be valid - win or lose.
Betonalfa reserves the right to reject all or part of any bet/stake requested. All bets/stakes are placed at your own risk and judgment.
We only accept online bets (including those placed via mobile devices or applications that can be stored on a mobile device) or by telephone. Bets are not accepted in any other way (post, e-mail, etc.) and if they are received, they will be cancelled whether they win or lose.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the betting details that you have given are correct. After the bets are placed, they cannot be cancelled or changed by the Customer without Betonalfa's approval.
Your money will be used for placing bets in the order in which they are placed and they will not be available for any other use. Betonalfa reserves the right to cancel and/or reverse any transactions made after a bet is placed, either at that time or retrospectively.
The user confirms that at the time he placed one or more bets he had no knowledge of the outcome of the respective events. Betting on events in which the user is either directly involved or has access to confidential information is prohibited. If a breach of this rule is suspected, the company reserves the right to cancel the bet and refuse to pay the winnings. It also reserves the right to take further action to safeguard its legitimate interests and comply with other applicable Laws and Regulations, including the taking of Legal Measures to recover any amounts paid.
The Company reserves the right to declare all bets on an event or events as invalid if they come from a group of users who appear to have been aware of their outcome and have acted together to exploit this knowledge. e.g. betting spiral, criminal syndicate/organization (See clause 4.6 below).
Bets will not be valid if your account has insufficient funds.
For telephone bets, "Acceptance Confirmation" will be received only after an officer has completed a full verification reading of the bet details and has confirmed to the Customer that the bet has been successfully placed.
A bet requested by the Customer will only be valid when it is accepted by Βetonalfa’s servers. Each valid bet will receive a unique transaction code. We will not be liable to settle any bets which are not issued with a unique transaction code. If you are not sure whether a bet is valid, please check your account history or Contact us.
Contrary to the above, if bets are placed by suing a credit or debit card, they will not be valid until the Company receives full payment. The bet will be automatically cancelled if the Company does not receive payment before the start of the relevant event.
You mutually agree that your trading history is the final settlement for all valid bets that have been placed.
All customer offers are subject to the respective terms and conditions (which will be made available to customers through the Website) and are limited to one per person, verified with a personal ID, email address and telephone number.
Any term of the offer is violated or there is evidence of a series of bets by a customer or customer group (e.g. where identical forms of betting on the same event/purchases have been observed in the accounts) due to a deposit bonus, enhanced payments, free bets and risk-free bets or other promotional offers, result in guaranteed earnings for the customer regardless of the outcome, either individually or as part of a consortium, Betonalfa reserves the right to claim back the bonus of such offers and it is at its absolute discretion to either settle bets at the correct odds, to cancel the free bets and risk-free bets or invalidate any bet funded by the deposit bonus. In addition, Betonalfa reserves the right to impose an administrative charge on the customer up to the value of the deposit bonus, of the free and risk-free bet or additional payment to cover the management costs. In addition, Betonalfa reserves the right to require any customer to provide sufficient evidence so that Betonalfa is fully satisfied of the customer’s identity before crediting any bonuses, free bets and risk-free bets or offers on the customer’s account.
All Betonalfa’s offers are for entertainment players (judging by the amount of the wager and the general form of the type of bets) and Betonalfa may, at its sole discretion, restrict a customer's right to participate in any offer, in whole or in part.
Betonalfa reserves the right to withdraw the availability of any or all offers to any customer or group of customers at any time.
Betonalfa reserves the right to change the terms or to cancel any customer offer or promotional activity, because the changes do not cause harm to customers who participate in any such an offer. It is understood that any modification to the terms of an offer will be approved by the National Betting Authority.
Betonalfa reserves the right to withhold and deduct any bonus credited to you if it has not been used within six months.
Abuse of Bonuses and/or Promotions shall include, but is not limited to, the following:
Violation of the terms and conditions of the bonus programs, free bets or any other promotion
Opening multiple accounts to trigger multiple bonuses.
If there is a reasonable suspicion that the Account Holder has abused or attempted to abuse a bonus or promotion, Betonalfa has the right to:
Cancel the bonus/promotion received by the account holder as well as any earnings generated by this account and/or
Withdraw, deny or remove a bonus and/or
Block access to specific products and/or
Exclude the Account Holder from future bets and/or
Immediately and permanently block the account of the account holder
All bets and stakes are subject to Betonalfa’s Betting Regulations as set out at the end of these Terms and Conditions.
Betonalfa reserves the right to suspend a market at any time. Betonalfa also reserves the right to terminate bets on any market without notice. For example, exploiting a technical error in the system, if repeated bets are placed that go beyond the limits that have been set or open markets remain open for events that have already occurred because of a delay, cancellation of this particular market from the coupons that have been played.
The 'Returns' calculation is for information purposes only and all bets will be calculated by using the amount/odds on the odds which are accepted. For multiple bets/parlays with empty selections, the amount of 'Returns' will be reduced accordingly.
If a customer includes a non-participating or invalid option in a multiple bet/parlay, the bet will be settled for the remaining options.
Winnings made out of bets which have been settled will be added to the balance of the Customer's betting account. Amounts/winnings which are credited to an account by mistake will not be made available for use and the Company reserves the right to cancel transactions made by using these amounts and/or withdraw the corresponding amount from the Customer’s account and/or reverse the transaction at the specific time or retrospectively.
Betonalfa reserves the right to withhold payment and to cancel bets placed on an event if there is evidence that the following has occurred: (a) there are concerns about the integrity of the event; (b) there was a fraudulent, ''staged'' match. Evidence of the above may be based on the size, volume or structure of bets placed with the Company, through any or all of the Company's betting processes. Any decision taken by the competent sporting authority (if any) will be final. If any customer owes any money to the Company for any reason, the Company has the right to take this into account and/or set it off before making any payments to that customer.
Where there is evidence of a series of bets each involving the same option or options and the bets have been placed by the same individual or consortium of individuals, the Company reserves the right to cancel the bets or withhold winnings when the outcome of such an investigation is pending.
For events where there is no officially declared start time, the advertised start time of the event shall be construed as such. If for any reason a bet is involuntarily accepted after the start of an event (other than bets underway, clearly indicated on the Website), at the time the bet was placed. If the outcome of an event/purchase is known, Betonalfa reserves the right to cancel the bet, whether it is a winning or losing bet. Disputes concerning the time in which the bets are placed will be settled using the trading history. Unless otherwise specified, all hours stated on the Website and/or reported by Betonalfa’s, staff concern the time in Cyprus.
Bet Underway - where we have reason to believe that a bet is placed after the outcome of an event is already known or the existing outcome is different than the outcome which is ‘Underway’, the specific bet will be cancelled whether it is a winning or a losing bet.
If for any reason we are not able to validate the outcome of a particular purchase (e.g. due to loss of live image), all bets will be void unless the bets have already been settled.
In case of a suspicious betting activity, Betonalfa reserves the right to further investigate the matter together with the National Betting Authority and the Anti-Money Laundering Unit. Until the process is completed, bets will remain open.
The access of information by you on the Website (including results, statistics, sports data and match schedules, odds and betting numbers) is for your personal use only, and the distribution or commercial use of such information is strictly prohibited. No warranty is given for the uninterrupted provision of such information, its validity or the results obtained from its use. The information is not intended to be used as advice or recommendation and it is provided for information purposes only. You should not rely on them for placing bets/stakes and this is done at your own risk and judgment.
Your computer equipment or mobile device and internet connection may affect the performance and/or operation of the Website. Betonalfa does not warrant that the Website will be operated without errors or faults or that Betonalfa's services will be provided without interruption. Betonalfa accepts no liability for any related failures or issues arising from your equipment, internet connection, internet or telecommunications service provider (including, for example, if you cannot place bets or stakes nor view and get information about specific events).
For customers using Betonalfa’s website (including storage applications) from their mobile phone to place bets/stakes, please note that Betonalfa will not be liable for any damage or loss of data from the mobile device on which the software is installed, and will not be liable for any call charges or other charges arising from the use of the software.
The Website and Betonalfa’s products may only be used for the purpose of placing bets and stakes on events.
You must not use the Website for the benefit of any third party or for any unlawful purpose.
Betonalfa will seek criminal and civil penalties against any customer involved in fraudulent, dishonest or criminal acts through or in connection with the Betonalfa Website or products and Betonalfa will notify the relevant authorities of both withholding and cause and/or or the information it holds and is the reason for withholding. Betonalfa will refuse payment to any customer who is suspected of any of the above or who is suspected of making a payment for the benefit of a third party. The Client will indemnify and be responsible for paying to Betonalfa, upon request, all Claims arising directly or indirectly from the Client's fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal act.
In order to use specific products offered on the Website by downloading any software, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions governing the use of their products.
Use of the Website is permitted only on the basis of applicable law or as amended by the law
We hereby grant to you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software, for the sole purpose of using/playing with the products on the Website, in accordance with the following provisions.

Your use of the Software grants you no ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Software.
In case of communication or system errors related to the settlement of accounts or other software features or features, neither Betonalfa nor the Software Provider shall be liable to you or to any other third party for such errors. Betonalfa reserves the right, in case of such errors, to remove all related products from the website and to take any other action to correct them.
You hereby acknowledge that your use of the Software is beyond Betonalfa’s control. Accordingly, you download and use the software at your own risk. Betonalfa shall not be liable to you or to any third party for the download and/or use of the software.
While Betonalfa endeavours to ensure that the Website is available 24 hours a day, Betonalfa shall not be liable if for any reason the Website is unavailable at any time and for any period of time. We reserve the right to make changes or corrections or modifications to the Website and the content or services or products available through it, including your access thereto.

Betonalfa has no control over the content of such websites or resources and is not responsible for them or for any damage or loss that may result from their use of you. Betonalfa shall not be liable for any errors regarding bets or stakes including where: (a) there is an apparent Error in the respective odds/handicaps/totals as displayed by Betonalfa, (b) Betonalfa continues to accept bets or stakes on markets that are closed or blocked; or (c) Betonalfa incorrectly calculates or pays a settlement amount.
An Obvious Error occurs when prices are (a) substantially different from those available in the general market at the time the bet was placed or (b) purely inaccurate given the probability that the event occurred when the bet was placed.
Wrong Value - When an Error is detected before an Event Starts, it is In-Progress or After an Event, Betonalfa reserves the right to cancel any bets for the event.
Wrong Count/Line/Handicap/Total/Market - when an obvious Error is identified before an Event commences, it is In-progress or after an Event, Betonalfa reserves the right to cancel any bets for the event.
Wrong Event Facts - Where the wrong player or team is mentioned in the title of an event, Betonalfa reserves the right to cancel any bets for the event.
Expired Bets - If for any reason, a bet before the event is inadvertently accepted and while the match or event has already begun, bets will be void.
Betonalfa actively monitors traffic to and from its websites. Betonalfa reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to block access where there is evidence or automatic or robotic activity is found.
Betonalfa may change or modify the products offered through the Website. In such cases the player will be informed. Please be aware that any changes will be subject to the prior approval of the National Betting Authority.
Occasionally, all or part of the Website may not be available for use by you as a result of upgrading and/or changing or modifying any products on the Website.

In no event shall any delay or omission in the enforcement, exercise or prosecution of any right, privilege, claim arising under these terms and conditions or by law, shall deemed or construed to be a waiver of that or any other right, privilege or claim with regard to the specific circumstances, and will not prevent the enforcement this or any other right, privilege or claim at any time.
The rights and appeals foreseen by these Terms and Conditions are cumulative and (unless otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions) do not exclude any other right to take legal action.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found by any court or administrative body in Cyprus to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or non-enforceability shall not affect the other provisions of these terms and conditions, which shall remain in full force.
You will be required to validate the documents from time to time as requested by Betonalfa according to the Terms and Conditions set forth in this Agreement and/or the applicable Legislation.
Betonalfa will make every reasonable effort not to violate the Terms and Conditions. However, it shall not be liable for any delay in the performance, or failure to perform its obligations if such delay or failure results from events, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control, including (without limitation) any damages to telecommunications networks, failures, damage to third-party computer hardware or software, fire, lightning, explosion, flood, bad weather, lock-outs, terrorist activity and acts of the government or other competent authorities, as well as for any other reason force majeure. In such cases, the execution time shall be extended by an interval equal to the time when the execution of the obligation has been delayed or failed.
Betonalfa may assign, transfer, charge, sub-license or agree with any natural or legal person as long as this does not violate the law, regulations and instructions of the National Betting Authority and upon obtaining its prior approval.
In order to give any notice under these Terms and Conditions it must be in writing, in Greek and may be delivered by hand, post, email or fax to the address and/or fax number and/or e-mail account at the time the account is opened and/or in any way renewed by the sender.
The Annexes, the Privacy Policy, the Cookies Policy, the Rules and any other document explicitly referring thereto, as well as any instructions or rules posted on the Website, constitute a complete part of these Terms and Conditions and will have the full effect as prescribed by these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any contradiction between the main part of these Terms and Conditions and the Annexes, the Privacy Policy, the Cookies Policy, the Rules and/or any documents explicitly referring thereto, and any instructions or rules posted on the Website, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail except and unless otherwise specified.

Settling bets/stakes placed on American sports: In all cases, betting on American sports will be settled using statistics and results provided by the relevant sportsperson (obvious errors are excluded).
